FAQs – The Notary Group’s Kelowna Office
Do you offer remote appointments
Yes, we offer virtual consultations if you’re outside Kelowna and you still need our services.
Can I drop by without an appointment?
We recommend booking ahead so we can give you our full attention.
We hate to keep people waiting; many of our appointments last 30-60 minutes, and if you just drop in you might catch us at a quiet moment, or you might end up waiting an hour or more.
Please call so we can make sure you get a time that works for us both.
Do you handle notarizations for out-of-province documents?
Yes, as long as the documentation is in English (or you have a certified translation of it into English).
If you need to apostille the document, please make sure we know that before we help you with the signatures on your document, as that could affect the way in which your document needs to be signed.
