Tim Janzen, Notary Public
Tim Janzen has been a commissioned Notary Public since 1990. As a second-generation Notary—following in the footsteps of his father, Ernie Janzen—Tim has witnessed the Okanagan’s growth firsthand. With over 34 years of experience, Tim is recognized by the Society of Notaries Public of BC for his long-standing service. His practice focuses heavily on the complexities of BC Land Law, including subdivisions, easements, and residential conveyancing.
Linda Caisley, Notary Public
Linda Caisley joined the profession with a rich background in the legal and financial services industry spanning over 35 years. Since becoming a BC Notary in 2008, Linda has combined her legal expertise with her past experience as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to offer unique insights into Estate Planning. Her approachable style and commitment to clear communication have made her a trusted advisor for thousands of families in Kelowna.
