I agree to provide complete and accurate information and to respond promptly to requests for information or documents.

I understand that federal law requires The Notary Group to verify my identity and obtain certain information before completing my transaction.

I understand that I must provide satisfactory identification before my transaction can proceed.

I understand that fees and expenses may still be payable even if my transaction does not complete.
